On Monday, April 20, 2020 I hosted a virtual meeting in which various stakeholders were invited to discuss impacts of OTP on a city or county level. It was an open-ended discussion in which all possibilities could be explored, however we did mainly focus on what the impacts would be in the Olympia/Thurston count area. Policy makers and influencers representing State and city government attended as well as those who run tenant organizations, those who lobby for tenant rights and other parties interested in finding options for dealing with the housing crisis. All in attendance have some stake or influence in managing the housing crisis.
